¨From the Rabbi’s Study¨
I read this morning that one of the yeshivot in Israel lit 138 menorahs in honor of the 138 hostages still being held by the murderous thugs in Gaza. We also remember that many homes have been lighting memorial candles for those who perished while defending the land and its people. Our prayer is that together these lights will fuel the resolve, courage, and faith of the Jewish people as we remember the same resolve of the Chasmonaim of the Chanukah miracle.
